*When you buy a ticket at The Vic we kindly ask you to make a $1.50 donation to the Victoria Theatre Charitable Trust. This is a voluntary donation and added to the ticket price at the point of sale. Please contact us if you decide to opt out of this donation.  The donation will help the Victoria Theatre Trust to preserve and improve New Zealand's oldest purpose-built picture theatre and enhance this community asset for everyone to enjoy.

To book tickets online please click on the session time next to the date of the screening or event. This will take you through to the ticket booking page. Online ticket sales attract a small surcharge of $1 per ticket or up to a maximum of $5 per transaction. This is an outside charge which is retained by our online ticketing service provider.

Allocated seating may be available for selected Live Shows and Special Events if tickets are booked through The Vic Devonport.  

Ferry and movie deal

Please note that the Fullers Ferry & Movie Deal is temporarily unavailable.  Ferry services from Auckland Downtown to Devonport are now operated by Auckland Transport.  We will let you know via our  newsletter and social media posts once a new ferry and movie deal package has been reinstated.

Group prices do not apply in conjunction with any other ticket offers or promotions, or within the first two weeks of day & date releases or on public holidays.

The Vic Live Shows

Prices for Live Shows are dependent on the type of show and the price the promoter is charging. These ticket types are published on the link through to the ticket booking page.  Allocated seating is available for selected live shows and special screenings. If allocated seating exists please book early to secure your chosen seat. Visit our Special Events page to see what Live Shows/Events we have coming up. 

Opening hours

We are open 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm and close on Christmas Day.

We are generally open from about 30 minutes before the first screening starts until the end of the last screening.

Extended hours may apply to accommodate special events.
